Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any unpaid fees shall become immediately due and payable, and both parties shall return any confidential information in their possession.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written
